The advisory firm we wanted to hire

Between us, we have spent decades working inside consulting firms, advising clients, leading businesses, and hiring consultants ourselves.
Those experiences shaped what we wanted 3Fold to become.
We wanted advisors who would get deeply involved rather than apply a prebuilt answer.
We wanted people willing to look across the whole business rather than reduce a complex problem to their own specialty.
And we wanted consulting that left the organization more capable, rather than more dependent on external firms.
So that is the firm we built.

We help companies absorb change faster
by focusing on people, not just plans.
How we work.
Deeply involved.
3Fold is intentionally small and senior-led.
Jason and Sri remain close to the work, from the first conversation through diagnosis, design, and the difficult moments of implementation.
We bring in a small number of experienced specialists when their expertise genuinely improves the answer.
You do not hire the partners and receive the pyramid.
Whole-system.
Organizations are interconnected.
Vision shapes strategy. Strategy shapes what the organization needs to execute. Execution produces outcomes. And poor outcomes often reveal problems somewhere earlier in that chain.
We look across that whole system.
Sometimes the answer is in execution. Sometimes the execution problem points back to strategy, leadership, operating design, capability, or how people actually work together.
Our job is to follow the problem wherever the evidence leads.
Built to leave you stronger.
We do not believe good consulting creates dependency.
We involve leaders and teams in understanding the problem, interpreting the evidence, shaping the answer, and learning what happens as the organization changes.
Over time, our involvement should decrease while the organization's capability increases.
That is how we know the work is taking hold.

A collective by design.
No two execution problems require exactly the same expertise.
Our core team remains intentionally small. When the work calls for additional depth, we bring trusted specialists into the engagement.
That might include executive coaching, AI infrastructure and training, analytics, or another capability required by the problem.
The model gives clients senior attention and specialized expertise without building a large consulting team around them.
3Fold remains accountable for seeing the whole problem and bringing the pieces together.

What has to change in the way the business operates for the strategy to produce the result we expect?
Leave stronger than you started!
A successful engagement should do more than solve today's problem. You should understanding the organization better. Teams should be equipped to run the change. And the organization should be capable of solving the next problem without us.
