How it works

We start with what you and your leadership team already see — the symptoms, the friction, the things that aren't working. From those observations we form a hypothesis about what might be happening underneath. Then we test it on the ground:

  • Observe. We capture the leadership team's read of what's broken or stuck.

  • Hypothesize. We translate those symptoms into a testable theory of the underlying human-system problem.

  • Validate. We run 10–15 targeted interviews with the people closest to the work to confirm what's real, what's bias, and what no one has said out loud.

  • Diagnose. You get a clear diagnosis of what's likely happening — and a path forward.

Once paperwork is signed, the standard engagement is typically completed within about 30 days.
